Abstract:
A photoluminescent display device includes a blue light source and a blue light source adjacent to the photoluminescent display panel. The photoluminescent display panel includes a transparent substrate, a pixel unit, and a photoluminescent structure. The pixel unit includes a red pixel region, a green pixel region and a blue pixel region disposed adjacent to each other on the transparent substrate. The photoluminescent structure is disposed on the pixel unit, faces the blue light source, and comprises a red light-conversion layer and a green light-conversion layer. The red light-conversion layer is disposed on the green light-conversion layer. By arranging the vertically stacked light-conversion layers, the photoluminescent display device can have high optical energy utilization efficiency and a wide viewing angle, and can be made easier by mitigating the characteristics of accurate pixel-level alignment between the light-conversion layer and the pixel unit.
