Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition and a planographic printing plate having high sensitivity and developable with water.
(1) The photosensitive composition contains a cationic water-soluble polymer having a phenyl group substituted with a vinyl group in the side chain or a water-soluble polymer having a phenyl group substituted with a vinyl group in the side chain and having a sulfonate group as a water-soluble polymer, and a photopolymerization initiator or a photoacid generator. (2) The photosensitive composition contains a cationic monomer having two or more polymerizable unsaturated coupling groups in the molecule, a polymer and a photopolymerization initiator or a photoacid generator.
