Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the degradation in the efficiency of removing soluble photosensitive layer components and the deterioration in liquid characteristics by supplying a washing liquid while scanning along the removing section of a removing means.
CONSTITUTION: This device has a developer supplying stage for supplying an alkaline developer to the photosensitive layer surface and solubilizing the photosensitive layer of non-exposed parts and a removing stage for removing the photosensitive layer components solubilized by the removing means 22 disposed in contact with the upper surface (photosensitive later) side of a photosensitive planographic printing plate under transportation in this order. The solubilized photosensitive layer removing part is constituted with backup rolls 20 transmitted with driving power from the solubilized photosensitive layer. A scanning type washing liquid supplying means including washing supplying nozzles 52 and nozzle scanning means 55 for supplying the washing liquid and washing the removing parts while scanning along the removing parts of the removing means 22 and scraping blades 23 for removing the removed matter sticking on the peripheral surfaces of the backup rolls 20 are provided as the washing means for washing the removed matter of the solubilized photosensitive layer adhered and deposited to the removing means 22.
