Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive resin composition whose uncured film has high washability with an organic solvent and which has high sensitivity and can form a cured film excellent in heat resistance and mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprises: an alkali-soluble resin (a) comprising a resin represented by general formula (1), a polyimide, or a copolymer of them; a compound comprising an alcoholic hydroxy group and having a molecular weight equal to or less than 1000 (b); an organic solvent (c); a specific phenolic compound (d); and a photoacid generator (e); where the content of (d) is 0.01-0.80 pt.mass based on 100 pts.mass of (a).SELECTED DRAWING: None
