Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain a low loss and high reproducibility by using a reflector free of a change in optical path for optical path switching.
CONSTITUTION: Reflector 40 having plane mirror 17, cutting off incident side optical path 11, and plane mirror 16, cutting off output side optical path 12, arranged at acute angle (θ) is interposed in or taken out of optical paths 11 and 12 to change over the optical paths of parallel light. Reflector 40, fixed inside of the holder having the incorporated permanent magnet, is driven by changing the polarities of the electromagnet.
