Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the jitter occurring when the picture image is drawn in by reading out the video signal from VTR with the synchronous signal from outside to be then written into the analog memory capable of controlling the timing and then reading out the written video signal via the synchronous signal. CONSTITUTION:The video signal equivalent to one picture frame sent from VTR1 is written into analog memory 2 which is capable of controlling reading timing via the synchronous signal given from outside. Then the video information of memory 2 is read out repetitively by the steady synchronous signal supplied from the video input device to be turned to the video signal. Thus, the jitter is eliminated for the time axis of the scanning line at the same position where the frames of the video signals differ, obtaining the video signals featuring the repetitive property. This video signal is then supplied to picture input device 3, and the digitized video signal is transferred to digital computer 4. The digitization can be carried out in a steady way even with the vertical sampling system because of the repetitive property of the signal.
