CONSTITUTION: The editing patterns for the bi-secting table are read from a first storage part 18 by operating each function part, 12 to 16 by an operator are transmitted to a picture generation part 20 and are displayed on the display picture. The matched element parts are successively selected from among the variable element parts, fixing element parts and composite element parts and are fitted in by operating the selection output part of function part, 12 to 16, looking at this display picture. When another element part data was already fitted in the position on the display picture, the exchange of this existing element part data for the new element data selected and outputted is performed. Thus, the generation of an arbitrary picture can be facilitated without performing programming.
