Patent Searching and Data

Title:
PICTURE PROCESSOR AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3180658
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more expressively display a sense of shock when a character receives a shock on a screen.
SOLUTION: This picture processor is a game device for displaying a character expressed by a three-dimensional (3D) coordinate data. A data processing means (steps 211 to 215) for processing the data of the character at a scale having a degree different from that of other axial directions is arranged at least on one axis out of three axes forming 3D coordinates. The data processing means (steps 211 to 215) is provided with a means (steps 211 to 214) for calculating the attenuation oscillation of a scale change in each of the three axes and a means (step 214) for calculating attenuation oscillation based upon a calculation expression including an item expressing the attenuation of the scale, an item expressing a change of the scale and an item expressing the speed change of the scale.
