Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a controlled system with a set value quickly by using the step response method and the threshold sensitivity method together. CONSTITUTION:First, the set value and a set time are written by a key input part 2. When the operation is started, detected temperature data is read into a RAM9 through a control part 6 by a temperature detecting part 5. Next, a manipulated variable M is set to 100%, and a controlled system 4 is controlled through an output part 7 to perform a heating operation, and variation of temperature data obtained from the controlled system 4 is read to calculate a wasteful time and a response speed, and a proportional gain in the threshold sensitivity method is calculated on a basis of them. It is checked whether oscillation occurs or not while changing the value of the proportional gain successively little by little; and if a steady oscillating state is discriminated, the PID constant is stored in the RAM9, and the control object 4 is subjected to PID control on a basis of this value.
