Abstract:
To provide a piezoelectric actuator that is suitable for preventing abnormal wear due to heat generation and efficiently operating a piezoelectric element.
The piezoelectric actuator 7 includes the piezoelectric element 12, a running plate 6 installed with a movable body and a finger 8 between the running plate 6 and the piezoelectric element 12. By applying a voltage to the piezoelectric element 12, the piezoelectric element 12 is displaced, and the displacement drives the movable body. A lead wire 13 of which resistance value changes with temperature changes is wound around the finger 8 to detect temperatures of the finger 8.
