Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC RESONATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS628610
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To decrease the characteristic change due to temperature change by making the thermal expansion coefficient of a piezoelectric ceramic plate of a piezoelectric resonance element nearly equal to that of the 1st and 2nd alumina ceramic plate constituting the frame.

CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric resonance element 2 where vibrating electrodes 22a, 22b and a vibrating electrode 22c opposed on both sides of the piezoelectric ceramic plate 21 and lead electrodes 23a∼23c connected to the electrodes are formed is contained in a hollow part of the frame 7 made of the 1st aluminum ceramic plate 5 and the 2nd alumina ceramic plate 6 whose thermal expansion coefficient is nearly equal to that of the piezoelectric ceramic plate 21 of the piezoelectric resonance element 2. Thus, the piezoelectric resonance element 2 is not almost affected by the thermal effect of other components such as an outer package material and then the change in characteristics such as the frequency characteristic due to temperature is less.
