Abstract:

To provide a piezoelectric ink-jet print head and the adhesion method of a temperature sensor.

The piezoelectric ink-jet print head is equipped with a passage forming plate 100 to form an ink passage which is provided with a plurality of pressure chambers 104 filled with a delivered ink and two or more nozzles 106 to deliver inks from a plurality of pressure chambers, a piezoelectric actuator 140 for supplying a driving force to deliver inks to each one of a plurality of pressure chambers, an insulator layer 162 formed on a lower electrode so as to be isolated from a piezoelectric film 142 formed on the lower electrode 141 formed on the passage forming plate, a temperature-detecting electrode 163 formed on the insulator film and a thermistor chip 165 for detecting the temperature of the ink inside the ink passage.
