Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022058651
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a piezoelectric sensor that reduces effect of a pressure sensitive layer on an electric signal which propagates in an electrode.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor 1 for detecting a pressure change from a living body at a prescribed location, comprises: a pair of electrodes 3a, 3b which are arranged at an interval and formed so as to extend in a planar manner; a pressure sensitive layer 4 which is arranged between the pair of electrodes 3a, 3b, and generates an electric charge according to pressure change; and a pair of terminals 5a, 5b which are coupled to the electrode 3a/3b, respectively, and output an electric signal supplied from the electrode 3a/3b according to pressure change of the living body. At least one electrode of the pair of electrodes 3a, 3b is positioned so that edge parts 6a-6d extending toward the pair of terminals 5a, 5b protrude outward relative to the pressure sensitive layer 4, and an electric signal propagates in the edge parts 6a-6d and is output from the pair of terminals 5a, 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
