To provide a piezoelectric transformer that the transformer easily responds match the change in the external shape of a transformer unit, the cost of the transformer is low and also a conductive bonding agent can be injected also in the plurality of the places of the transformer in one direction.

A piezoelectric transformer 1 is provided with a transformer unit 3 provided with outer electrodes 8a, 8b and 8c, a conductive bonding agent and metal terminals 4, 5 and 6. The electrodes 8a, 8b and 8c and the terminals 4, 5 and 6 are bonded to each other with the conductive bonding agent. The elements 4, 5 and 6 are opened respectively toward one direction and are provided with bonded parts 4a, 5a and 6a, to which the conductive bonding agent is injected through the openings, respectively. These bonded parts 4a, 5a and 6a are formed into a shape almost parallel to the electrodes 8a, 8b and 8c of the unit 3, and further the bonded parts 4a, 5a and 6a have a shape slanted so as to approach the electrodes 8a, 8b and 8c as the bonded parts 4a, 5a and 6a parts from the openings.
