PURPOSE: To remarkably save labor for execution of pillar construction, lower the cost, and deal with small quantity multi-sorts production, by detachably fitting frame members divided in the circumferential direction on the circumferential face of a building frame, and stickingly providing a plurality of decorative members on the outer circumferential side of the frame members so as to cover the circumference of the building frame.
CONSTITUTION: In a factory or the like, a plurality of decorative members 13 of the upper and lower two stages are stickingly provided on the outer circumferential side of a frame member 5 formed into a nearly semicircular arc shape by means of a plurality of frameworks 8. Namely, the upper joint piece 16a of a joint metal piece 16 is fitted in the lower groove part 13a of the upper stage decorative member 13, the lover projecting part 14a of an upper fixing part 14 is fitted in the upper groove part 13a, and the upper fixing part 14 is stickingly provided on the frame member 5 by fastening and fixing with a screw member to the lateral member 7 of the frame member 5. The lower joint piece 16b of the joint metal piece 16 is fitted in the upper groove part 13a of the lower stage decorative member 13, the upper projecting part 15a of a lower fixing part 15 is fitted in the lower groove part 13a, and the lower fixing part 15 is stickingly provided on the frame member 5 by being fastened and fixed by means of a screw member to the lateral member 7 of the frame member 5.
