Abstract:
To facilitate robotization of a reinforcement arrangement process in a PCa factory for an outer shell PCa member for a column.SOLUTION: An outer shell PCa member piece 4 forming a part of an outer shell part of a column 1 having a polygonal cross section includes: a flat plate-shaped PCa part 5 arranged along an outer peripheral surface 1a of the column 1; and a column reinforcement 6 provided integrally with the PCa part 5 and including at least a band reinforcement 9. The PCa part 5 has on the cross section: an outer surface 13 forming one side of an outer peripheral surface 1a of the column 1; an inner surface 14 extending substantially in parallel with the outer surface 13; and a pair of inclined side surfaces 15 connecting the outer surface 13 and the inner surface 14 and inclined so as to expose corner main reinforcement 7A arranged at corner parts of the column 1 among the main reinforcements 7 of the column 1. The band reinforcement 9 comprises: a linear band reinforcement main part 10 having both ends extended from the PCa part 5; and a pair of hooks 11 bent inward of the column 1 from both ends of the band reinforcement main part 10 and engaged with the corner main reinforcement 7A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
