Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost, enhance workability in fastening of a component fixing bolt, and enhance a reinforcing function by adopting a reinforcing member comprising one component in reinforcement of a passing through part of the component fixing bolt in a pillar.
SOLUTION: This pillar reinforcing structure is constituted so that the reinforcing member 28 is arranged between a pillar inner part 2 and a pillar outer part 4 both constituting a side member 1 of closed cross section structure and the passing through part of the bolt 24 for fixing an inner panel reinforcement 3 is reinforced with the reinforcing member 28, and the reinforcing member 28 has a bonding part 28a bonded to a pillar reinforcement 5 arranged between the pillar inner part 2 and the pillar outer part 4; a connecting part 28b integratedly installed in the lower end part of the bonding part 28a; and a cylindrical curl part 28c integratedly installed on the tip side of the connecting part 28b and for inserting the bolt 24.
