PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure improved strength by forming a tapered part of a pin such that a large edge is formed at an inner side continuos to a central part while a truncated comical part at an outer side remote from the central part, and providing a stress concentration relaxing curve part between the large edge and the central part. SOLUTION: Tapared parts 12, 13 have large edges 12a, 13a having a larger diameter than a central part 11 of a pin 10 at an inner side continuos to the central part 11, and a truncated conical part having a small edge is formed at an outer side remote from the central part 11, while the edges 12a, 13a and the central part 11 are connected to each other through round parts 12c, 13c. A male thread 12d of the tapered part 12 is screwed to a pin support hole 21 of a side plate 20, and the tapered part 13 is inserted into a pin support hole 31 of a side plate 30. The edge 12a is positioned outer than an inner face 22 of the side plate 20 while the edge 13a is positioned at or outer than an inner end face 41 of a bush 40. Accordingly, stress is actively concentrated on the round parts 12c, 13c to relax it, thereby improving the strength of retainer.
