To provide a pinball game machine capable of inhibiting the life of a game nail located at a destination of rebounding of a game ball flowing along an outer rail from being shortened, and allowing a player to enjoy the play considering the destination of rebounding of the game ball.

A rebounding belt 60 wound around guide rails 65 and 66 and a drive roller 67 are located between the terminal end of the outer rail 10 and the upper end of a right inner rail 12. The rebounding belt 60 has a first rebounding surface 61, a second rebounding surface 62 and a third rebounding surface 63, and these rebounding surfaces 61-63 can be selectively disposed on the trajectory K0 of the game ball as the drive roller 67 is rotationally driven. The first rebounding surface 61 rebounds a game ball to a first specific area 51 where the game ball can be easily guided into an opening/closing winning hole 23. The second rebounding surface 62 rebounds a game ball to a second specific area 52 where the game ball is easily guided into a large winning hole 40b. The third rebounding surface 63 irregularly rebounds a game ball.
