Abstract:
To provide a pinhole inspection device which can execute a pinhole inspection with the stable inspection voltage without being affected by the influence of the load fluctuation of the electrostatic capacity.SOLUTION: A pinhole inspection device 10 according to the present invention is the pinhole inspection device which detects a pinhole of an inspection object in which the conductive content is packaged with an insulation package with the AC high voltage. A high voltage generation circuit 20 is a resonance circuit having a high voltage transformer 22, a capacitor 24 and a high voltage electrode 26. The pinhole inspection device comprises: a measurement unit 30 which measures at least one of the voltage and the current on the primary side of the high voltage transformer 22 that changes due to the load capacitance change that is generated when the inspection object moves between the high voltage electrodes 26; and a control unit 40 which controls at least one of the oscillation frequency and the amplitude such that the measurement value of the measurement unit 30 gets close to the set value of the AC high voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
