To safely connect pipes even if an axis of a joint part is shifted from an axis of a pipe, while keeping the shift as it is.
A seal ring 25 is disposed to an opening end face of a cylindrical main body 21 to surround an inside hole 24. A coupling 22 has an end face plate 31 whose end face has a through-hole 30 formed to be concentric with the inside hole of the cylindrical main body. The coupling 22 is screw-fit to a male screw 27 disposed to an outer periphery of the cylinder main body 21. A pipe 35 whose end has a flange 32 can be connected to the opening end face 23, that is, the pipe can be connected with an opening part of the cylindrical body 21 by tightening of the coupling 22 within a range where the pipe can move in parallel in the coupling 22, where an outer diameter G of the flange 35 is larger than a diameter S of the seal ring 25 and smaller than an inner diameter of the coupling 22.
