Title:
PIPE LINE STIRRING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61287432
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of leakage of a fluid to the outside by providing a rotor fixed and supported onto the stirring shaft, a stator fixed and arranged onto the internal wall surface of the pipe line facing the rotor and a stirring vane mounted onto the stirring shaft.

CONSTITUTION: When the load of the fluid to be stirred is increased, the number of revolutions of the stirring apparatus 15 is naturally decreased. The number of revolutions of the stirring apparatus 15 is always detected by a revolution detector, and the number of revolutions is fed-back through a revolution feedback signal converter 16. For this reason, when the number of revolutions of the stirring apparatus 15 is decreased, the power source frequency of an AC power source apparatus 14 is increased by a frequency controller 13, and the number of the stirring apparatus 15 is maintained at the prescribed value. Since the stirring shaft 4 of this stirring apparatus is arranged on the central shaft, the shaft-sealing part is unnecessary and the leakage of the fluid outside is not generated.
