The pipe machining device includes loading portions 2 on which the pipe 1 is loaded, a fixing portion 3 for pressing down and fixing the pipe 1, and a hole drilling portion for drilling a hole in the pipe 1 with a drill. The loading portions 2 contain four roller portions 10 on which the pipe 1 is loaded, and motor units 11 to be arranged at each of the roller portions 10. To rotate the pipe 1 in a circumferential direction, the pipe 1 is unfixed from the fixing portion 3 and the four roller portions 10 are driven to rotate the pipe 1.
