Abstract:
To support the recovery of damaged pipeline by grasping the state of a pipe network at the time of earthquake in the maintenance management of a fluid transport pipe network.
While preparing a server 2 for collecting measured data outputted from a seismometer 30, manometer 28 and flow meter 26, the dynamic strength of earthquake in each area mesh is estimated, a pipeline damage ratio is found, and the damaged pipeline and a water failure area are estimated. A worker 6 on the job site carries a portable terminal 8, possesses data bases 10, 12 and 14 at the server 2 or the calculated result from the area, where the communication with the server 2 is enabled, and reports the state of the pipe network on the job site.
