Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the demerit of conventional aluminum alloy single pipe support which cannot adjust the length and even if it is configured to be length adjustable, it does not meet the specified load as a whole, although the support has light weight.SOLUTION: The aluminum pipe support 1 of the present invention comprises an aluminum outer pipe 2 formed with a pin insertion hole 2C for inserting a position fixing pin 2a at one end in the axial direction, and aluminum inner pipe 3 inserted into the outer pipe 2 and formed with a plurality of position adjusting hole 3A formed intermittently in the axial direction and through which the pin 2a is inserted, and each of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 has a thickness of the thinnest portion of 1.5 to 4.5 mm and the inner diameter of the inner pipe 3 is 1.5 to 2.5 times thicker than the inner diameter of the inner pipe of iron pipe support satisfying the intended specified load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
