PURPOSE: To facilitate the shaft center fitting of a new pipe and stabilize the posture in this state.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of struts 5a, 5b executable to the earth are provided. A pair of arms 6 having the base end sides mounted on both the struts 5a, 5b in such a manner as to be vertically movable and fixable in the state where both the struts 5a, 5b are erected opposite to each other and the top end sides formed in such a manner as to be expansible and contractible in the mutually approaching and separating directions are provided. A pair of pipe nipping members 7a, 7b specially mounted on the top end sides of both the arms 6 are provided. Further, pipe nipping rollers 8a, 8b rotatable around the vertical axes, which are mounted to the pipe nipping members 7a, 7b, are provided.
