Title:
PISTON-CYLINDER MACHINE ADOPTING SPIN CONTINUOUS ROTATION TO RECIPROCATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2632510
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and reduce an exhaust amount of nytrogen oxide by continuously rotating a piston in one direction together with reciprocation of the piston, and extracting power as a torque.
SOLUTION: An endless cylindrical cam groove 2 is formed on a side wall lower portion of a cylinder 5. A bearing 16 formed on a base of a piston 15 is engaged with the cam groove 2, and guided in a rolling manner. The piston 15 is spinned and rotated together with reciprocation of the piston 15. Mechanical output generated at this time is extracted as a torque from an output shaft 13 through a piston rod 20. Air induction holes 17, 18 are lead from an upper bottom surface of the piston to a side surface. The holes are communicated with/interrupted from an exhaust hole 7 and a suction hole 8 extended parallelly along the cam groove 2 formed on a cylinder side wall, accompanied with spinning rotation of the piston 15.
