Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce valve opening delay of a discharge valve and reduce surge pressure of fluid in a slide hole of a cylinder, to thereby suppress noise and vibration propagating and occurring at a mechanism part of a piston pump.SOLUTION: A pump body 5 of this piston pump has a confluent part 19 formed on a downstream side of a valve mechanism, making fluid from each slide hole confluent through each joint passage 20 and communicating with a discharge passage. The joint passage 20 includes a tapered surface 21 provided at a portion facing to a discharge hole and extending toward the confluent part 19, and an intersection angle of the confluent part 19 and joint passage is measured from a discharge hole side to be inclined at an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
