To ensure fitting amount of a pivot into a pivot receive metal fitting sufficiently even if a clearance in the vertical direction between a door and a mounting frame is adjusted.

A screw hole 5 is provided in a platelike fixed metal fitting 2 which is fixed on a mounting frame of a door, and a shaftlike pivot 3 in which a screw groove 8 is formed on an outer peripheral face thereof is screw- fitted in the screw hole 5 to constitute a pivot metal fitting 1. Since an amount of protrusion of the pivot 3 from the fixed metal fitting 2 can be changed by rotating the pivot 3 in the screw hole 5, a clearance in the vertical direction between the door and the mounting frame can be adjusted and an amount of fitting of the pivot 3 into a pivot receive metal fitting can be ensured sufficiently by adjusting a position in the vertical direction of the pivot receive metal fitting which is fitted in the pivot 3 mounted on the door.
