To provide a planar antenna where source/product indication is easily and speedily changed in accordance with a shipping destination with simple constitution.
In a planar antenna 10, a reception part receiving a radio wave, cases 11 and 12 in which the reception part is stored and which are fitted to the roof panel of a vehicle and a ground sheet 14 attached to the lower face of the case are contained and the ground sheet has an indication part 20a for indicating a source and a product. The ground sheet has an aluminum thin plate 20 provided with the indication part 20a for indicating the source and the product by word processor or simple printing and sheets 21 and 22 formed of transparent materials bonded to the surface of the aluminum thin plate. Masking 21b is executed except for a watermark 21a a part to see-through the indication part for indicating the source and the product of the aluminum thin plate in the rear face of the transparent sheet.
