To easily and stably cover micro-glass beads, to bury them without generating air bubbles and besides with sufficient strength and to surely fix and hold them in a transmissive screen comprising the two-dimensionally arrayed micro-glass beads.
The planar lens comprises a transparent adhesive layer 6 which fixes and holds micro-glass beads 2 with their light emitting side buried therein and which is composed of an ultraviolet curing resin at least containing an acrylic resin with double bonds in its side chains, a photo-polymerization initiator and a thermally cross-linking agent. The micro-glass beads 2 are buried in the transparent adhesive layer 6A having suitable softness of the ultraviolet curing resin in a thermally cross-linked state. Subsequently the ultraviolet curing resin is hardened with ultraviolet rays irradiation so as to strengthen the fixing and holding of the micro-glass beads 2 with the transparent adhesive layer 6.
