Title:
PLANAR SPRING AND SAFETY VALVE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010255757
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a safety valve that has very high reliability, can be operated in a low-pressure state, instantaneously dissipates only a byproduct gas in various gases, generated inside a container when in normal use, to the outside of the container when an internal pressure of the container exceeds a set pressure, self-returns to its original state after gas dissipation, and is applicable to electrochemical elements ranging from a micro size to a large size, and a planar spring used in the same.

The planar spring integrally has a base 20, formed into a planar and frame-like shape, and a load receiving part 22, elastically supported via a plurality of spring elements 26, inside in a surface direction of the base 20. When a load is inputted to the load receiving part 22, the load receiving part 22 is instantaneously and elastically displaced with respect to the base 20. If the load is removed from the load receiving part, the load receiving part self-returns to its original state.
