Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique enabling a component-mounting device to consume less power. The present invention has: an error-incidence-acquiring means for acquiring the incidence of component mounter error; a selecting means for performing a component-mounter-selecting process to select one or more component mounters (100) out of all of the component mounters (100) on the basis of the incidence of component-mounter error; a component-mounter-cycle-time-acquiring means for acquiring the component-mounter cycle time, which is the cycle time of the selected component mounter(s) (100); and a non-device-cycle-time-acquiring means for acquiring the non-device cycle time, which is the cycle time of the step(s) upstream and/or downstream from the component mounter (100). The selecting means selects the minimum component mounter (100) out of the component mounters (100) so that the longest of the cycle times of the component mounters (100) does not exceed the non-device cycle time.
