Abstract:
To provide a plant cultivation method and device that can improve the sugar content of leaf vegetables.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a plant cultivation method for cultivating leaf vegetables by supplying nutritious liquid, the method including applying stress to the leaf vegetables plural times. At least one stress is applied by adding hypochlorite to the nutritious liquid and then, clear water is supplied to apply secondary stress.
