Abstract:
PURPOSE:To rapidly clear up the cause of the abnormal state of a plant by determining the display position on a display medium on the basis of the max. and min. values of an outputted process signal. CONSTITUTION:When a sudden change data preserving and processing means 10 is started, monitor data such as process data for several minutes preset before and after generation of a sudden change is taken out of a cyclic preserving file 7 to be preserved in a sudden change data file 11. At this time, the change data being the max. and min. value of the process data preserved in the file 7 is together preserved. Subsequently, an output processing means 13 is started to take out the transitional change data of the process signal outputted from the file 11. Next, a fixed range is taken out of a preset data file 12 while the max. value, the min. value and an average value are calculated. The fixed range to each process data stored in the file 12 corresponds to a signal value per one graduations of a scale. By this method, the cause of abnormality can be cleared up rapidly.
