Abstract:
PURPOSE:To understand a tendency of the cause of generation, and a hysteresis, and to obtain a useful analysis data against an abnormality of a plant, by displaying not only an abnormality generation path but also an abnormality generation probability. CONSTITUTION:A disgnostic means 8' adds '1' to the number of times of generation 26 corresponding to cause alarms P1, P5 and P7 and the number of times of generation 21 of an abnormality of a plant, respectively. In this way, the number of times of generation 26 of an abnormality generation sequence table 9, and the number of times of an alarm which has been generated up to the present are derived. When an identification of the generation path and a first cause alarm, and an integration of the number of times of generation have been ended, the diagnostic means 8' starts an abnormality generation probability calculating means 11'. An abnormality generation path and probability display means 10' displays an abnormality generation path on a display device 3, based on a path which has been identified as 'generation yes' in a item of 'yes or no of alarm generation' 24 the abnormality generation sequence table 9, an identification data of the first cause alarm, and the generation probability which has been derived at every cause alarm.
