This plasma reactor of the present invention includes a plurality of electrode units stacked one on another; at least two spacers provided between the electrode units; a first connection unit electrically connecting the electrode units of odd number among the electrode units each other; and a second connection unit electrically connecting the even-numbered electrode units of the electrode units with each other. The plurality of electrode units includes a first electrode unit, the first electrode unit includes a first dielectric, a first main electrode printed on a first face of the first dielectric, a second dielectric, and a second main electrode printed on a first face of the second dielectric. The first main electrode is in face-contact with the second main electrode.
