To provide a plastic composite panel which is used at a concrete application site of a building or a civil engineering work and lightweight and shows superior bending rigidity and imparts an outstanding surface smoothness to a concrete after its formation with the excellent recycling characteristics of the panel after its use.
The plastic composite panel composed mainly of a plastic is structured of a center layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 formed outside of the center layer 1, a face layer 3 formed outside of the intermediate layer 2 and an outer layer 4 formed outside of the face layer 3. The porosity of the center layer 1 is higher than that of the face layer 3 and the average porosity of the intermediate layer 2 is not higher than the porosity of the center layer 1 and not lower than the porosity of the face layer 3. The porosity of the intermediate layer 2 decreases almost continuously from the center layer 1 to the face layer 3.
