To suppress the stroke amount of an axle according to wind-up without increasing the bending rigidity of a plate spring in a plate spring type suspending device of a vehicle.

The front end of the plate spring 21 is raised in a wind-up state and this displacement is inputted into a leg 4a of a U-shaped stabilizer 4 via a connecting member 2, while the rear end of the plate spring 21 is lowered and the displacement is inputted into a leg 4c of the U-shaped stabilizer 4 via a connecting member 6. As a result, torsion is generated in a torsion base 4b and a restoring force for the torsion is returned to the plate spring 21 on a reverse route, and thereby the stroke amount of the rear axle 20 according to the wind-up is suppressed.
