Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent products and residual stock from piling in the condition that products enter a space on the way of piling by shifting a piling position on a piling platform by a prescribed amount in the direction of axes (x) and (y) in the fifth process and alternately piling products and residual stock step by step.
SOLUTION: After the fifth process is finished, products WA and residual stock WB are piled together on the piling platform 51 via a palette 49 so that a prescribed height is obtained by successively repeating the first to fifth processes. Hear, a servomotor for a carriage is controlled with a controller, and plate stock W is alternately changed one by one with respect to a transfering position in the (x) axial direction of the transferring carriage. At the same time, a motor for the piling platform is controlled with the controller, plate stock W is alternately changed one by one with respect to a stand-by position in the (y) axial direction of the piling platform 51, whereby products WA and residual stock WB are alternately piled step by step by shifting the piling position on the piling platform 51 by a prescribed amount in the directions of axes (x) and (y).
