An energizing body 100 which is pivotally supported in a longitudinal direction at a hanging frame 70 and is fixed to the bottom end of a retaining shaft 80 having a rotary pulley 86 and a power feeding section 44 is fitted into an upper chuck hole 104 of the printing roller 102 immersed vertically in a plating vessel. The rear surface thereof is provided with an annular packing 114 enclosing this energizing body. A waterproof cup 106 covering the bottom end of this retaining shaft is energized downward. The horizontal box of a roller receiving bearing arm 74 comprising a vertical shaft 118 and horizontal box 124 contg. conductors in their internal spaces is provided with a power feeding member 128. A pivotal supporting ring 138 for pivotally supporting the bottom end of the receiving shaft 130 in such a manner that its bottom end comes into sliding contact with the power feeding member is water-tightly mounted at this shaft. An annular projection 156 disposed on the rear surface of a waterproof disk 146 is freely slidably and water-tightly fitted into an annular groove 143 having a waterproof ring 144 disposed atop this pivotal supporting ring. The receiving shaft is fitted to project atop the waterproof disk in such a manner that the lower energizing body 150 is fitted to this top end. An annular packing 154 is mounted atop the waterproof disk.
