An organic electric field light-emitting element contains at least one kind of compound shown by a formula (I) in an organic layer. In the formula (I), Z1and Z2represent nitrogen-containing heterocycles coordinated with the platinum through nitrogen atom, and Q1, Q2represent groups bonded to platinum by carbon, oxygen, sulphur, nitrogen, or phosphor atom.
