This receipt is read out by an accurate accounting machine 2, and a card issuing machine 4 issues a prize card 3 on which the data corresponding to the read-out value is memorized. When the prize card 3 is inserted into a money exchange machine 5, cash is delivered from the cash exchange machine 5.
