PURPOSE: To facilitate sampling and to easily apply a sample on a glass plate by providing a fine amount liquid sample holding part which consists of a projection protruding downward from the lower end of a plug main body to a plug body fitted to the opening part of a bottomed tube.
CONSTITUTION: The tube body 1 consists of the bottomed tube 3 and plug body 2 fitted to its opening part. The plug body 2 has an outer peripheral part 4 fitted onto the outer periphery of the opening part and a seal part 5 which contacts the internal surface. An internal plug part 9 which protrudes toward the end part 12 of the outer peripheral part 4 is formed on the internal surface of the center part of the closed part of the outer peripheral part 4 without protruding from the end part 12. Consequently, when the plug body 2 is detached, no liquid sample sticks on fingers. Further, the fine amount liquid sample holding part 6 is formed of the projection which is positioned almost in the center of the outer peripheral part 4 and extends in the direction of the end part 12 and protrudes from the end part 12. The holding part 6 is provided with sample holding recessed parts 7 formed of grooves extending axially from the tip outer surface, and consequently the sample securely sticks on the holding part 6, thereby facilitating the operation for sticking the sample on the glass plate.
