Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger pump capable of reducing cost of manufacture by simplifying a discharge amount adjustment mechanism and capable of achieving downsizing by adjusting a discharge amount without changing its outer shape.SOLUTION: A plunger 8 is disposed along an axis Cp forming a predetermined angle with respect to an axis Cm of a crank 5 that is rotationally driven by a motor 3, and a lower part 11a of a link 11 is inserted into an escape space 8a that is formed in an upper part of the plunger 8, and pivoted in a tiltable manner by a tilt pin 12. A ball 13 is fitted into an upper part 11b of the link 11 in an angle changeable manner, one end of an adjustment pin 17 is fitted and fixed to the ball 13, and the other end of the adjustment pin 17 is screwed to a pin coupling part 5a of the crank 5. A screwing position of the adjustment pin 17 to the pin coupling part 5a is adjusted, thereby increasing/decreasing a rotational radius of the ball 13 with rotations of the crank 5. Thus, a reciprocal movement stroke in the case where rotational movements of the ball 13 are transmitted through the link 11 and the tilt pin 12 to the plunger 8 is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
