The ratio d2:D2 of the distance d2 between the separating and contacting point P2 and a carcass ply 2 folding part to the distance D2 between a separating and contacting point P2 and a carcass ply 2 main body is set in the range of 0.6 to 0.8. The ratio of d1:D1, of the distance d1 between the intersection P1 to the carcass ply 2 folding part to the distance D1 between an intersection P1 and the carcass ply 2 main body is set in the range of 0.1 to 0.3. Therefore, shearing strain is decreased on the ply interface of the carcass ply 2 folding part, and separation on a bead part is prevented or restrained from being generated. Moreover, rubber deformation in the vicinity of the intersection P1 is restrained, and a tire excellent in durability of the bead part can be provided.
