Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve durability of a belt part by crossing one part of belt cords further parallelly arranging the rest part of the number of belt layers while respectively specifying each cord angle for a tire equatorial surface of each belt layer. CONSTITUTION:A tire provides four belt layers 1-4 to be respectively arranged between a carcass layer and a tread 11. In this structure, each belt cord 1a-3a respectively crosses mutually between the first and third belt layers 1-3. While each belt cord 3a, 4a is parallelly arranged between the third and fourth belt layers 3, 4. Each cord angle theta1-theta4 for a tire equatorial surface E of each belt layer 1-4 is respectively set to 40 deg.-70 deg., 15 deg.-25 deg., 15 deg.-25 deg. and 15 deg.-25 deg. successively from the first belt layer 1 toward the fourth belt layer 4. In this way, the first belt layer 1 is prevented from generating a flapping phenomenon, improving durability in a belt part.
