CONSTITUTION: When a magnetic card is inserted into an issuing device and a sales amount is inputted by a keyboard 3, a lot game function of a hit point number processing part 5 is started, and a game start is displayed on a display part 7. The display of this game start is made visible from a customer. Subsequently, a hit or not is decided by the hit point number processing part 5, and in the case the hit is generated, a display for showing its hit is displayed on the display part 7, and also, the number of hot points calculated by the hot point number processing part 5 and the number of points corresponding to a sales amount calculated by a regular point number processing part 4 are added up by a calculating part 6, the total number of points is inputted to the magnetic card by a data reading/writing part 1, a mark is printed to the magnetic card in accordance with the number of points together with a hit mark by a mark printing part 2, and thereafter, its card is discharged.
