Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture, highly reliable polarization demultiplexer, and to provide a communication device.SOLUTION: A polarization demultiplexer includes a waveguide body having one end connected with an antenna device and consisting of a circular waveguide penetrating from one end to the other end, and an adjustment plate being fitted in the circular waveguide, a round rectangle conversion unit being fitted to the other end of the waveguide body, and a rectangular waveguide being fitted to the outer periphery of the waveguide body, at a part closer to one end side than the adjustment plate, and communicating with the circular waveguide.
