Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve polishing efficiency by arranging to axis of rotation of a machining container and the axis of rotation of a frame in two different planes extending in parallel at a space.
CONSTITUTION: A machining container 3 rotatable around a first axis 1 is formed in a close-possible manner. A frame 4 rotatable around a second axis 2 l, inwardly of which the machining container 3 is disposed, is provided to be arranged inwardly of a stand 5. A workpiece in the container 3 is polished with the rotation of the machining container 3 and the frame 4 around the axes 1, 2. In this case, the first and second axes 1, 2 are arranged in two different planes extending in parallel at a space A.
